Changing the Way We Look At Leadership

It is time we change the way we look at leadership. I've been working with Creative Access, one of the most successful not-for-profits, for 8 years. They have placed over a thousand young, talented candidates from Black and other ethnic minorities to a diverse crossection of underrepresented people in the media business.

We have insured these organisations were not allowed to simply tick the diversity box by hiring these candidates. We help support our candidates on their leadership journeys with substantial leadership training, mentoring and eventually sponsorship.

The joy and satisfaction of seeing young talent making their mark in the exclusive media business in positions of power gives me hope that their top-tables will be more inclusive than mine.
